After completion of his graduate studies, Evan had the opportunity to continue his investigations of learning and memory.
He joined Earl Miller’s lab in 2006, primarily to learn the use of multi-electrode technologies for extracellular recordings in vivo. His work focuses on spatial categorization and the associative learning of new perceptual categories. It involves comparisons across Prefrontal Cortex, Posterior Parietal Cortex, and Basal Ganglia.
